Worst call experience of an from a hotel executive.

Had one of the worst talks with the customer excecutive i called upon to the check whether if they provide accomodation for foreigner insted of politely declining he was least interest in doing so. Acted so rude that i would never recomend any one to go go stay there i was treated this way with just a min of phone call. These kind of idiots are tarnishing the reputation of the hotel if at all someone from the management see this the date i made the call was 18/12/21 exactly at 8.30 p.m. It was as if i was a begger asked his kindness .. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL HE SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CALLS. I HAVE MY OFFICE NEAR TO HIGH COURT AND THIS SAME INFO WILL BE PASSED DOWN TO ALL MY ACQUAINTANCE. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS NOT TO BE REPEATED.

I stayed here for more 20 days. This has become my regular place to stay during my visit to cochin. Neat and clean rooms. But could be little more spacious. Room service is really gud. Easily accesible to bus stand and railway station. Very closer to marine drive.car parking available

Great value for money there should be one of these hotels in every town and city. Importantly they take the eco and green ethos very seriously and the evidence of thst was everywhere from the foyer to the room.
